Service and seller
OmaTutka is provided by Mojo Company Finland Oy (business ID 2393510-8). These terms supplement the Tutkat terms of use.
Plans and prices
Free €0. Basic €4.90/mo or €49/yr and Plus €9.90/mo or €99/yr (incl. VAT). Business €29.90/mo or €299/yr + VAT, up to 10 users. Enterprise (11+ users) by agreement.
Trial
Basic and Plus 7 days, Business 14 days free. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts and the first payment is charged.
Automatic renewal
The subscription renews automatically every billing period (month or year) until you cancel. The price is charged at the start of each period.
Black Friday −50%
For subscriptions started 20–30 Nov 2026: on monthly billing the first 12 monthly payments −50%, on yearly billing the first yearly payment −50%. After that the subscription renews automatically at the regular price then in effect. The discount ends if the subscription is cancelled and started again later.
Cancellation
You can cancel any time under My account. Access continues until the end of the paid period, which is not refunded. You can resume before the period ends.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the order. On withdrawal the subscription ends immediately and the amount paid is refunded. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers (Business, Enterprise).
Changing plans
Upgrades take effect immediately and the difference is prorated for the remaining period. Downgrades take effect immediately without a refund.
Failed payment
If a payment fails we retry and notify you. The service stays available during retries; if payment does not succeed, the account moves to Free. Data is not deleted.
Ads
The service may show partner offers. They are always labelled "Ad" and can never be alerts. The Blocklist blocks providers you choose.
