What we process

Your Tutkat account (email), content you add yourself (radars, cards, contracts, dates, reminders, views, Blocklist), workspace memberships and roles, settings (language, theme) and the Business audit log. From specialist radars we only import what you connect.

Legal basis

Contract (providing the service). For paid subscriptions also statutory bookkeeping obligations.

Who sees your data

Data is private by default. You share it with workspace members yourself. We do not sell your data or pass your email address to partners.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Stripe (payments). When you open a commercial offer, the partner may learn about the click, but not your OmaTutka content.

Retention

As long as the account exists. Data from a disconnected specialist radar is deleted immediately. Payment and accounting records are kept as required by law.

Your rights

You can access, export (JSON), correct and delete your data. You may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
